Oven Roasted Cauliflower
This easy oven roasted cauliflower recipe turns a humble veggie into crispy, golden bites of pure deliciousness—with hardly any effort. It’s the kind of simple side dish that goes with just about anything.
Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, slice into small florets or 1/2" thick "steaks"
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay the cauliflower in the centre of the baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and melted butter and toss to combine.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, salt, paprika, and pepper. Sprinkle over the cauliflower and toss to evenly coat.
- Spread cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cauliflower reaches desired crispness. Turn a couple of times during cooking.
